The IRisk Lab is the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s experiential learning hub. Our corporate partners challenge undergraduate students with real-world problems to solve throughout the semester, culminating in a presentation of their work.

The second team explored ways companies can protect themselves from sandwich attacks, a form of blockchain‑based market manipulation where attackers exploit transaction timing to profit at the expense of ordinary users.
